Day 5 Poker Bootcamp
Today was a great day! Very swingy but I am starting to learn what it is im doing exactly. At they gym I weighed in at 218. As far as poker, I learned alot about my redline. but more importantly I learned that I am just flat out calling down too light. I need to quit that before I can move on.

Day 3 Poker Bootcamp
Tuff day today, was a very bad day for the bankroll. I have alot of learning to do that is for sure. I was going through my hem and finding tons and tons of leaks. I might have to summarize a gameplan and go from there. Ill drop down to 4nl for a day tomorrow and work on leaks that ive discovered. I didnt work out worth a crap but about to motivate myself. I need to get there.

Day 2 Poker Bootcamp
Did not do very well today bootcamp wise. I had gout in my right foot so i didnt get going till late. I did however study quite a bit and worked on my game. I ended with a nice winning session of 10nl. Im still not anywhere close to where I have to be but I think I learned some valuable information on what I need to do.
Tonight Ill get a good nights rest and have a good workout in the morning!
Day 1 Poker Bootcamp
What an up and down day! I started at 10am, shaved my head, got ready for the next 6 weeks. I weighed in at 221lbs, and started at 4nl. The goals for the next 6 weeks are to get under 200 lbs. and be up to 50nl.
Such a rocky start! The first workout was intense riding the elliptical for two 30 minute intervals. I also played about 2000 hands both at 4nl and 10nl. The 10nl did not go well at all for me. I was beating the shit out of 4nl at 12bb/100 so I figured on a smooth transition to 10nl. Wrong. If you ever think poker is going to be easy, think again. This truely is the hardest way to make an easy living.
My second workout consisted of a quick 20 minute blast of each muscle part, just to get a little soreness in. I also need to ease into this part of my training as I havnt worked out in years.
Things I must work on:
Attitude. I clearly have to gain a constant positive attitude in order to get this done.
Passion. I need to get that passion back for the game. I need to want to learn.
Sobriety. I am done drinking and smoking. Detrimental to the game, to me.
